• H2O Express incurs all expenses for hookups to water, sewer and electricity. The Landlord incurs no expense!
• H2O Express kiosks are attractive and can be designed to match the exterior of a shopping center, to ensure architectural congruency.

Required Lease Terms:

• 5 Year Primary Term:
• Three (3) successive five (5) year renewal options.
• Standard Form Lease Agreement (available upon request)
• No Pass-Thru Expenses. Tenant pays its own ad valorem taxes & insurance on the kiosk.
